About:China Family Reunion Visa

Hi, is it possible to transfer from S2 visa to Q1 visa?

Hello! I am holding a work and residence permit and am currently residing in China. Is it possible for my husband, whose business visa expired, and was granted S2 visa afterwards, to apply for a family visa now, from within China? Thank you in advance!

Nancy, it is possible to transfer from S2 visa to S1 visa, not the Q1 visa if you are not a Chinese citizen.
