About:Chinese Consulate in Manchester

I have a residency permit which expires in August 2021.

My flight is due on 6th December, London to Shanghai, can I go ahead and take the two tests required before you issue a green light for health Declaration. I need to book the tests for Friday. If test results are good, will you grant me a health Declaration form to enable me to fly on Sunday. Thanks

Dear, if your residency permit was issued before November 4, 2020, you cannot use it to enter China due to the resurgence of COVID in UK.
