I have a residency permit which expires in August 2021.

My flight is due on 6th December, London to Shanghai, can I go ahead and take the two tests required before you issue a green light for health Declaration. I need to book the tests for Friday. If test results are good, will you grant me a health Declaration form to enable me to fly on Sunday. Thanks
