About:Chinese Embassy in South Africa

New teacher

Is the Chinese embassy notarizing documents under current conditions? I am a new teacher from South Africa. Because the school needs legalized documents from me to apply for my PU letter before I can apply for my visa. Will the Chinese embassy in Johannesburg be able to help me?
