Z visa

I am a teacher in China and my residancy and work permit expired during lockdown when I came back to renew my passport. I have a new work permit and recently I tried to apply for my z work visa. I was rejected on the basis of needing a PU letter. My company has now applied for the PU letter and my question is whether I will be granted my z visa upon submission of my application, if I present the PU letter, letter of invitation and all the other necessary documentation? Otherwise, what are the requirements

Dear, after you have got the PU letter, you will have a good chance to get the Z visa.
