Degree Authentication

Hi, I'm a Canadian national, and I am applying for a working visa, and was asked by my employer to "Notorize, Legalize and Authenticate" certain documents including my Diploma/Degree. However, I graduated from a University in China (Harbin DaXue) thus receiving a Degree from a Chinese institute. So would I still need to authenticate it?

Dear, I don't think you need to do the degree authentication.
