Is the Chinese Embassy issuing Business Visa

I want to travel to China for purchase of amusement equipment. If i have invitation letter how long will it take for visa. I would be travelling 2nd week of December. Will i have to take COVID-19 tests and have to do quarantine in China.

It may take one to two weeks to get the visa. You have to take COVID-19 tests and do quarantine in China.
