How do I get a new Z visa(work visa)? How long does it take?

My Chinese residence permit expired in June 2020, after the 28th of March. I am currently in New Zealand. What are the procedures for getting a new Z visa with a different employer? How long will it approximately take? What documents will I need?

Tania, if you change the employer, I doubt whether you can apply for a new Z visa. However, you can still have a try by submitting the documents like your passport, application form, recent photo, work permit, and expired residence permit. The process may take one week.
