About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Is it possible to apply the visa by third party ?

Good afternoon.

If our CEO want to apply for the Chinese Visa (He is holding Malaysia Passport),
is it possible to assign our staff to the embassy in Kuala Lumpur to apply the Visa for him?
