visa renewal issue
Hi I arrived china in 13 October, 2020. That time My “Z“ visa was valid till 20 October, 2020. But I was kept in 14 days hotel quarantine by the local government after arrival in the airport. During that period I was unable to renew my visa. I went to visa renewal office quickly after finishing my quarantine period and explain my situation but the officer said I have to take the appointment via online first and only come there to apply new visa on the appointment date. I follow the instructions but the earliest Appointment date is only after 12 days. In this way I will be overstaying for almost 1 month. I am afraid I will be charged, detained or it will affect my visa renewal process? Plz help, I want to know what will happen?
