how can i reach the embassy in kiev?

Question

Since China announced that who hold the work permit can go back to China, but if the work permits expire, they can apply from the Chinese embassy, but I can’t reach the Chinese embassy in Kiev by calls or emails, and  they don’t allow anyone to go embassy. What is wrong with this embassy? Are they all got COVID-19, therefore they cannot work. Praying for them , hope them recover soon.

Dear, maybe they are now very busy in processing the visa applications. You may walk into the embassy to see what happened.

They have busy since March 2019, I have gone there several times, they do not allow the applicants to walk in. It is just they do not proceed with the visas, only who can reach the embassy from China
