About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit
Living in China 8 years before, then 10 years abroad and moved back to China
I am a foreign citizen and I was living in China permanently 2002 - 2010 for almost 8years as a chief representative, paying all my taxes and dues to China that time, staying more than 9 months each year in China. I met my wife, a Chinese citizen, 2003 and we got married in China 2006. We moved abroad on 2010, visiting China for about a month each year and now after 10 years overseas we moved back to China to live and work here. Am I eligible of applying PR after long absence ?
