About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Can I with my son to get a permanent permit visa?

My grandma is living in China, she’s in hospital right now, can I go back to China to take care of her, coz nobody can take care of her, can I with my son to apply for the chinese visa? We both are US CITIZENS!

Minny, you can apply for a humanitarian visa at the Chinese embassy. The permanent permit visa is not that easy to get.
