About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Dear Sir/Madame

My name is Kelvin Ho, a Canadian citizen, holding a valid10-year visa into China. I wonder if l could pay a visit to China now. When will the ban be lifted due to the virus situation? Thank you for your time.

You cannot visit China now using this 10-year visa. When the ban will be lifted is still unknown.

This is Kelvin again. Thank you kindly for answering my question. I have another question. Actually l am quite interested in doing business with China. First of all can l get a business visa that would allow me to do a market survey or observation for sometimes in China before l make my final decision? Thanks again. 🙏

At present, you need to get a PU or TE invitation letter in order to get a business visa of China, but it's almost impossible to get it by yourself. Therefore, I advise you to wait until the epidemic is over and you can use you 10 year visa to enter China to do market surveys.

Thanks🙏
