Good evening sir/madam, I am Dery Emmanuel. How do I apply for a study Visa?

I got an admission with partial scholarship (Tuition waiver for 1 academic year) into Beijing Normal University for the 2021/2022 academic year.
I have been given a scan copy of my admission letter and I am asked to contact my local embassy and enquire how I can apply for a study Visa.
