Can I apply Visa for my mother I have z visa for 2 years but my mother visa expired in pandemic.can I apply now for her visa ?if yes then from where karachi or Islamabad ?kindly tell me

Did you mother hold an S visa that expired in the pandemic? If yes, she can now apply for a new S visa. The application can either be done in the visa center in Karachi or Islamabad.
