HKSAR passport renewal

Respected Sir,

My Wife's HKSAR passport is expired and We are trying to find out do we have to book an appointment with Chinese embassy in london ? I can't find any specific information on their website to book an appointment for passport renewal. Please help or share the link so we can book our appointment.
