how can i solve this problem?
last year, an agent from China gave me some documents to apply for visa. i was refused without any reason. this year, i had another opportunity to go to China but i was told to do legalization first. they refused the legalization and it got me asking questions. i realised last year's agent might have used fake documents. so I'm now thinking I've been blacklisted. how do i explain this problem to the embassy?
