About:China Visa

stay on my Q visa (family visa) after divorcing my Chinese wife.

Hi,

Im just finalising the divorce with my Chinese wife. My current Q visa have still 2 years validity. I wonder if I will face any difficulties if I stay on this visa until it expires? Or later when I want to make a new visa?

Johannes, as long as one informs your divorce to the police, it will be fine to stay until your Q visa expires.
