About:Marriage Registration in China
Divorcing Chinese national
Hi,
Could you please tell me if a New Zealand citizen married a Chinese national in China and they both moved to Australia but the marriage has broken down, does he need to divorce her in Australia to marry someone else? Is the marriage recognised anywhere other than China?
