dependent visa for nepalese to china

Hello, I am living and working in china with andbhave applied  my residence visa .I was just married 6 months ago and was back to china from Nepal two weeks before.Could you please let me know  if I could bring my husband on my visa?

If you can get an invitation letter from the local Foreign Affairs Office, your husband can apply for a dependent visa to China.

I checked with the local foreign affairs office. They said , we can issue PU for business invitation only.
