About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Elderly mother of US worker in China

Daughter has worked (and lived in Beijing China) at an English school for 8 years. Mother is over 70 and uses a wheelchair. Mother’s income is approx $30,000/yr from social security, and has retirement funds of $1.4 million USD in stocks.

Can mother get permanent visa to go live with her daughter?? What if daughter applied for permanent visa at same time ( would that make a difference?).
