What of people with invitation letter from China,? Are they also eligible to apply right now?

Hi grace,please i have an Emergent need to return to china and i have my PU letter and invitation letter,how can i apply since the embaddy isnt open.i went to abuja but they didnt even look at my papers or giveca listening ears,please can you contact me if theres a way out?
