About:Former Residence of Lu Shaoxu

Q2 to residence permit

I am from Europe. I manage to get a Q2 visa for 60-days. The visa center doesn't take Q1 visa during COVID period. That's why I applied Q2. By the time I arrive China, can I apply for residence permit (documents needed for Q1 are the same as Q2)? Thanks.

I'm afraid you cannot get a residence permit with the Q2 visa.

Hi, we managed to have it immediately after quarantine. So yes, you, at least I, can get a one-year residence permit. Here I reply only to correct the information for others.
