About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit
Are we qualify to apply for Chinese Card as my father is from Hainan, China ?
My father came from Hainan Island, China. My maternal grandfather also came from Hainan Island.
Currently, we are living in Malaysia and both our children are well-versed in Mandarin Chinese.
We would like to apply for Chinese Card to move back to Hainan for long term.
Anyone know the process and contact email ?
