Hello and good morning,i would like to know when is the consular office will be open as we need to send our marriage certificate for authenticated by the embassy of china in Malaysia before as requested by Hong Kong government.

If you are in urgent cases, you can do the authentication at the visa center in Malaysia.Applicants who need to apply for legalization of documents due to emergency case, please send an e-mail to the visa center to explain the emergency reasons and provide all the relevant materials. Applicants who have received a reply from the center by e-mail should proceed to the Center according to the appointment time.
