Authenticate documents

Hi,
I will be in Malaysia from 3rd Feb'2025 - 14th Feb 2025.
Where I could get my marriage certificate in Malay to be translated/ authenticated to Mandarin?

As I know, the China embassy in Malaysia only accepts authentication from Malaysian citizens.
