What can I do for marring a Chinese girl? Get Visa?

I am an Indian.i am studying medicine in China. I want to marry a Chinese girl. What can I do? Will I get chinese citizenship after marriage?

You need to provide your passport, residence permit and single status certificate, and then register your marriage at the Civil Affairs Bureau in your gf's hometown. You cannot get Chinese citizenship after marriage.

-and I'll add to that, solely based on marriage status alone, you wont be allowed to live or work in China either... ever. You'll still need to have invitation letters, apply for the usual visas, residence permits etc., annually as your visa type allows, no differently to any day 1 tourist, student, worker, relative or whatever the case may be.
