What are the requirements and the visa I can get if me and my chinese fiance decides to gave birth and get married in china.

After you get married, you can apply for a Q1 visa and use it to apply for a temporary residence permit of China at the local exit and entry administration. Before you get married, you can only apply for a tourist visa if you don't have a job or study in China. However, tourist visas of China are not available at the moment.

Hi do you have any idea, my fiance was stucked in china nad I ma stucked in the Philippines. Our supposed wedding didn't push through as I can't come back to china due to the pandemic. We have a baby who is almost 2yrs already and is under his surname. Can we apply for a family visa a since he needs to see his son for the first time in 2yrs.😭. Can we apply for an emergency visa?
