About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Which visa should i apply?

I am still confused over the types of visa. If i am planning to move over with my fiancé in China (he's a chinese national), which visa should i apply for?

You can only apply for a tourist visa because you are not married with your fiance.

Oh I see, so if I have plans on moving over and maybe work there, am I eligible to apply for jobs in China if i'm on a tourist visa?

Yes, you can, but now, during the epidemic period, you are not able to get a tourist visa.
