Is your partner a Chinese citizen? If yes, after you get married, you can try to convert your L visa to a Q visa and apply for a temporary residence permit, so that you don't have to go every 30 days to get visa extension.

They are processing marriage visas. However, time is not enough for you, so I think you need to first get a visa extension and then register your marriage, and next apply for a Q visa.
