chinese embassy- delhi, attestation of degreepcc

Is the Chinese embassy in Delhi accept and process the attestation (degree and PCC) services.If it is opened, How many days Are they taking for their process.Else when will they start the processing?

Actually you should do this at the Chinese visa center in New Delhi, but it seems that it is still closed now.

Thanks Helen for your reply.But the agency's who are doing the appostulation support saying that the Chinese embassy accepting the documents as per the appointments.Isn't it?
