any regulation or procedure before boarding to China?

need to do the Covid test PCR within how many days before boarding? Any List of authorised/appointed clinic in Malaysia for doing this test?

You should do the test within 72 hours before boarding. You can check the list for the authorised clinics in Malaysia on the website of the Ministry of Health of Malaysia.
