I'm a filipino wants to stay in china for a long time

Hi, I am 23 years old. I am a Filipino and have a child born in the Philippines. Her father is a Chinese citizen and we are not married. His family wants me and my children to live there. Can you give me some advice on the visas I need to apply for?

If you want to stay in China for a long time legally and don't work there, you need to marry the Chinese citizen first and then get a Q visa.
