About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

permanent resident

i have been married to my chinese wife for 14 years,
we have are own house in china and when i retire in 2022 i will leave the uk to retire in china
we have are own house in china,
and will get a q1 visa next time i go to china and will apply for permanent residency in china
but because my work has been in the uk i have only stayed in china one month at a time each year this was my holiday entitlement.
will this go against me because i have not spent all my time in china

Robert, you can apply for Q1 visa, but you are not eligible for permanent residence because you have not stayed for more than 9 months annually in the last five years in a row.
