Please Can Ghanaians with working visa which has expired be allowed to china

I will like to know if some of as with a working visa that has expired return to China again ? Also I have realized that China is issuing the PU invitations to some European countries are Africans especially Ghanaians included for the PU visa? Last I asked my company from China to get me one from the government and they said the government says the pandemic is high in Africa but according to world health Africa is doing very well even better than some European countries. So o want to know if Africans especially Ghanaians are allowed for the PU invitation now. Thanks
