i want to go china to work . how a tourist visa is converted into z visa .

I have lot of opportunities in the China now to work as a teacher . But all the agencies are saying to be present in China now . So what is the best way to go there and apply for the Job.

Well, if you did not get a job, you can only apply for a tourist visa, but under current situation, it's not very likely to get a China tourist visa.
