Trip to Sin-China-Thailand round trips

how I can optimize my trips if I need to visit:
1. China
2. Thailand

Can I do Sin-China-Thailand round trips? From China to Thailand, do I need further quarantine?
If I do round trip like this, and if permitted, then I only need to do SHN one time when I get back
