Can US citizen visit Chinese wife in China?

I am a US citizen holding a 10 year Chinese visa (expiring in 2028). My wife is a Chinese citizen and currently lives in China. With the current travel ban, can I travel from USA to visit her with my current visa? Do I need additional documentation or permisssions?
