What is the cheapest way to get from Haikou to Beihai by car?

Hello, What is the cheapest way to get from Haikou to Beihai by car? According to the map, there’re 2 ports: HaiAn and Beigang, which one is cheaper? Or they have a same price? How much is the cost for private car (4 passengers)?

You can take long-distance bus from Haikou Gangkou Coach Station to Beihai. The bus schedules are 10:30, 15:30, 17:30. And the ticket fare is CNY 200/person.
About the boat, I remember that the prices don't have big difference. If you want to hire a private car, the price is CNY 500-800 for the single trip.
