About:China Family Reunion Visa

Is it possible to get a Q1 visa for my father if he is already in China on another kind of visa.

For example if I get a residence permit?

If your father has a Chinese family member in China, it's possible to convert his visa to Q1 visa.

Do you know where can apply? Only large cities? I asked the PSB in Zhuhai and they couldn't do it. )= My Chinese husband has a residence card in Zhuhai (and a hukou from a small village) so how can we do it in a different city?

Well, as per my understanding, the PSB in Zhuhai can do this, as long as he meets the requirements.
