About:Overstaying in China & Penalty
My son is a student and will leave China, does he need to deregister before leaving China_
My son is 18 years old and has finished his study in China. His student VISA expired on July 5th, which for the moment is no problem as he got the 60 days extension.
My son will leave China on August 2nd< does he need to deregister from China to be able to leave the country?
