Z Visa

I've read that in order to obtain a Z visa (Working Visa), I must have a bachelor's degree? My question is what if I have an invitation letter from a Chinese employer instead, can I skip the bachelor's degree requirement and get a Z visa that way?

Generally speaking, the bachelor's degree is a must. If you don't have it, it will be hard for your employer to get the work permit for you, which is a necessary document for Z visa application.
