Why don't you write that all these procedures are not applicable in current pandemics.
As far as I know Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China is not issuing work permits to foreigners who are outside of China.
Not a single province gives them.
Or am I wrong?
Is there a province that issues work permits for say teachers who are currently NOT in china?
