Working Visa - which would I need?

Hi there,

My fiancee has been offered a job in Shanghai, and I would like to travel from the UK to Shanghai with him. I would want to continue working for my current company, and work in their Shanghai office for the period of the contract which is October-June.

What visa would I need as a UK citizen? Is it a Z Visa? Would I apply for this myself?

Thank u,

CB

Yes, you should apply for a Z visa. You need to apply for it in person at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in UK.
