CHINA PASSPORT

My China national boss's passport is running out of pages. He needs to renew his expatriate work permit which is due to expire on 13/8/20. Now that his passport has 3 pages left, please advise the procedure to apply for a new passport.

He needs to first make an appointment on the website of the Chinese embassy in Malaysia, and then collect all necessary documents and go to the embassy on the appointed date to submit the application.
