China Entry Visa Application

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am the founder and creative director of the Design studio based in Shanghai. I have residency and work visa in China and however the Chinese border not open yet, and would like to ask if there is a solution or any visa that i can apply now to re-enter to Shanghai at this moment?
