Visa renewal

I recently moved back to the US but my wife is still in China (Chinese citizen). Can I renew my multiple entry family visa while I'm in the States? Be good to have for when I go back to visit.

No, if your multiple entry visa is going to expire, you can only apply for a new visa for China after the visa expires.
