Work Z Visa to Tourist Visa?

Hi, I'm now holding a work visa Z & my residence permit will expire this July 31 2020. Can I convert my work visa to Tourist Visa during this pandemic?

Yes, it's possible, but you can only get 30 days of stay duration.
