About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Collecting new Vanuatu Passport from Beijing Embassy

My client who lives in China can not travel to Beijing due to Covid-19. They have a friend in Beijing who they would like to collect the new passport for them. Can they write a letter to the Embassy or fill out a form to authorize their friend to collect it?
