About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Solomon Islands citizen and Vanuatu citizen enquiring for less then 24hrs transit G

Hi,
I am just enquiring if me and my partner need a transit type through China. Our passport holder is solomon island passport and vanuatu passport. Would be greatful to hear from you asap.

Both of you are able to enjoy the 24-hour free transit, but you are not qualified for the 72-hour policy.

So meaning i have to ask my airline to put in writting and get the visa on airport at the arrival? If i understand correctly

It is no need to ask your airline to put in writing, but just go to the immigration counter directly for applying a stay permit.
